Female 4th Doctor Cosplay

I'll be premiering this cosplay at Tokyo in Tulsa 2013 on Sunday. Hope to see you all there~!
Anyway. Since so many of you care. XD

Costume parts~!
Scarf was a Christmas present from ebay. XD
Skirt was like ten bucks at target. Tights five bucks at target.
Shirt from my brother's closet. Vest from thrift store, 2 dollars.
Little red scarf/cravat was from a collection of Avon things I inherited from my great grandmother...
so this costume is mine and nobody will ever be able to recreate it exactly~! XD I think I feel special.
MY HAIR TOOK TWO HOURS FOR THIS Y'ALL BETTER RESPECT.
