So I'm thinking for Tokyo in Tulsa this year I'll be the 4th Doctor, but since I'm too cheap to buy a wig I'll just super curl my hair and be a female version. And then I got a cute outfit idea so I drew this. yaaaaaay it's late.
XD And I thought it looked cool with artrage in the background so I just took a screenshot.
