Hope Colin Baker works out! I thought about doing Tom Baker but... I draw him too much I think and plus Colin Baker's outfit is freaking awesome. I found this really cool quote from him and used it as the background, I was gonna use like a picture of star clusters but my computer wouldn't load the file... I'm having a ton of computer problems lately. The unfinished look of him was on purpose... to match the quote of nothing is eternal and what not.
As for the plaid, I would provide the stock image I used for it but! I drew it myself because when I was working on this I had no internet access YAY! So the plaid is done by me.
